Draw some shapes on your page in pencil- any shape will do.Choose a color (I chose green) Take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold your breath while you place your pen on one end of your shape. As you exhale slowly, draw a line to the other end(this one maybe wavy as well). You may freestyle this activity by not doing it in a particular shape and just move your pen across the page as you exhale. You are welcome to add extra symbols and accents to your drawing. When you complete the exercise, write down following thoughts:
Were you able to focus on your breathing?
How difficult was this exercise for you? And why?
Which colour did you choose and why do you were drawn to this colour? (Refer to your common meanings page given after the journaling programs and check what other meanings may be associated to this color)
