This event will be based on the activities within our kids book: Everything I am. We will explore each of the following activies through crafts and fun activities:
- Dealing with bad thoughts
- The power of...YET
- My hopes and dreams
- Taking steps towards my goals
- Doodling to unwind
Each participant will receive required stationery, a copy of our book, juice and a snack
