About the Event
Creating an art journaling program for mental wellness can be a transformative and enriching experience. This program is a structured, 4-week program that focuses on combining art and journaling to enhance mental well-being. Each week has a specific theme and set of activities designed to encourage self-expression, mindfulness, and personal growth.
This art journaling program intertwines creativity with spiritual reflection, offering Muslims a unique way to connect with their faith through the arts. It encourages personal expression while fostering a sense of community and shared growth.
Week 1: Self-Discovery and Reflection
Week 2: Emotions and Expression
Week 3: Mindfulness and Presence
Week 4: Growth and Future
Three activities per week:Â
Weekly Live check-in session ( total of 4 sessions on a Sunday);Â
3x Weekly Activities, and Reflective Journaling Prompts  T
Two mid-week (over 4 weeks) video recordings that will be uploaded to a private YouTube Channel (for participants only). The link will also be accessible through our app and sent via email.Â
Once you sign up, you will be emailed a link to join a private Online Program "Creative Healing" on our website. All participants will be requested to join on this platform. This will provide:
- Email notifications and updates;Â
- Gives access to individual and private feedback section for each participant to complete after every activity for the coach's perusal only. This will give the coach an opportunity to address any deeper concerns and support that participant make require
- Recording links will be posted for each activity completed
- Additional information will also be posted via this platform on our website
