About the Event
The Objective of this workshop is to guide the 10-14 years of age participant through a process of:
- Finding positivity
- Learning the art of gratitude – my tree of gratitude (sketching and watercolour)
- Learning how to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts
- Using simple lines to deal with stress
What they will learn:
- watercolour techniques
- Zentangle basics
- Simple reframing techniques from negative to postives thoughts
- Basic sketching
- Finding calm with visualisation techniques
