The Objective of this workshop is to guide the 10-14 years of age participant through a process of:
Finding positivity
Learning the art of gratitude – my tree of gratitude (sketching and watercolour)
Learning how to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts
Using simple lines to deal with stress
