The art exercises will include:

  • Compass drawings: seed of life aka the compass flower and the hexagon
  • Tessellation
  • Spirals and its meaning
  • A Paisley art design

We will also explore colour therapy and brief explanations

Participants are to bring along their own compass, ruler, pencil crayons, and eraser
