This workshop revisits how we identify ourselves, drawing inward and outward. We look at our lives in two ways, what we no longer want to hold onto and want to release and what we want to invite within ourselves from this point onwards.

About the Event
Sometimes it is far easier to love others because we can only see the best sides of them, because when you are the only person who sees yourself for what you present to the world and knows the inner workings of your brain (which can be some of the ugliest parts of yourself), it can be hard to want to practice self-love.
Accepting ourselves and our bodies is the first step we need to take to feel as beautiful inside as we strive to be outside. It is time to change the conversation about your body.
Let’s explore how we can take what is within ourselves and use it to inspire, influence and motivate the environment around us. Let’s delve into what is holding us back.
